Food and Policy
This course introduces students to the role of policy and policy makers in
shaping food systems. Students will examine existing food policy at multiple
scales and consider how actors across disciplines and sectors contribute to the
development of innovative food policies that create sustainable change.
Prerequisites: ES110, or both ES101 and ES102, or GG101, or GG102.
